I love the home I live in and have helped many people find a home that fit their needs and desires. No corporate real estate spokesperson, news reporter or snarky blogger can tell you when it is the right time for you to buy or sell. That can only be determined by you. But gathering information, educating yourself and asking the right people the correct questions can help you decide (with confidence) if the time is right. Whether you are an agent, buyer, seller, homeowner or just beginning the process I hope you enjoy the site and find a bit of helpful information.
Just talking real estate is no fun. Part of the reason we all live here is for the many amazing adventures to be found.
